Top One Futures is an LLC, US-based futures-only proprietary trading firm founded in April 2025 by Matt Morris. It is registered in Wyoming, US, and works primarily as a remote-first company. The firm operates under CFTC and NFA regulatory standards and focuses exclusively on CME Group futures markets.
Even though Top One Futures is a brand-new firm, it has already established a footprint of trust. The firm has paid out over $22 million to traders while keeping a 4.8 out of 5 Trustpilot rating across 3,500+ verified reviews. Additionally, the 24/7 trader support with an average response time of under 60 seconds and average payout processing under 4 hours is a strong advantage.

What distinguishes Top One Futures from most competitors is the breadth of its account lineup. Rather than offering a single evaluation path, the firm runs five distinct account models: the Elite Challenge (traditional 1-step evaluation), the brand-new Elite Daily (montly subscription with daily payouts), Instant Sim Funded (no evaluation required), S2F Sim PRO (copy-trade focused with intraday drawdown), and Ignite (budget-friendly instant funding with soft daily loss limits).
Account sizes range from $25,000 to $150,000, with total simulated capital reaching up to $2.25 million across all account types. You can keep 90% of simulated profits on all account types, and the firm provides a clear path to live capital trading after three successful payouts.
Read the full review to discover every technical detail across all four account types, pricing, drawdown mechanics, rules, and everything else you need to determine if Top One Futures fits your trading style.
How Does Top One Futures Work? An Overview
Top One Futures operates a simulated trading model. All trading on Challenge, Instant Sim Funded, S2F PRO, and Ignite accounts occurs on simulated capital that mirrors live market conditions. The process varies by account type. Here are the alternatives:
- Elite Challenge Path: Purchase a monthly subscription, pass the 1-step evaluation (hit profit target while respecting drawdown rules), then pay a one-time $149 activation fee, receive a Sim Funded account, and start trading toward payouts.
- NEW Elite Daily: With a monthly subscription of $179-$199 with a discount, you get account sizes of $25K, $50K, and $100K. The payouts are daily with no activation fee or consistency in the funded stage.
- Instant Sim Funded / S2F PRO / Ignite Path: For these plans, you have to pay a one-time fee. Then, you receive immediate access to a Sim Funded account (no evaluation required) to later trade toward payouts from day one.
- Path to Live Capital: After 3 successful payouts from any single account, there is a risk management review and a potential transition to a Live Account with real capital, daily payouts, and no withdrawal caps.
Account Types Overview: Elite, Elite Daily, Instant Sim Funded, S2F Sim PRO, and Ignite
As we mentioned earlier, Top One Futures offers 4 different account types. Here's the most important information about each one of the accounts, followed by a full analysis of their rules and parameters.

1. Elite Challenge
The traditional evaluation model includes a monthly subscription and a 1-step challenge with a 6% profit target. There is no consistency rule during the challenge phase, and traders can pass in a single day.
After passing, a $149 activation fee unlocks the Sim Funded account, where the 25% consistency rule applies. This is the most generous consistency threshold of all TOF account types.
2. Elite Daily
This new offer model is designed for high-frequency payouts. This account has a one-phase evaluation with no activation fee.
It features an EOD trailing drawdown and is distinguished by its Daily Payouts. For sustainability, a 45% consistency rule applies during the challenge, which is the most flexible threshold among their instant-funding options, allowing for larger individual winning days while still prioritizing long-term stability.
3. Instant Sim Funded
This is the most popular account type. You have a one-time fee, no evaluation, and immediate access to a Sim Funded account. The type of drawdown here is End-of-day trailing drawdown with a 20% consistency rule.
There are no scaling requirements — full contract access from day one. It is the ideal choice for experienced traders who want to skip the evaluation grind.
4. S2F Sim PRO
The Pro alternative is built for professional traders and copy-trading setups. This option offers a one-time fee, no evaluation, intraday trailing drawdown (more aggressive than EOD), and the Equity Stability Score (ESS) replaces the standard consistency rule.
You can own up to 10 accounts that can be copy-traded simultaneously. It is the fastest path to live capital — review after just 2 successful payouts.
5. Ignite
The Ignite account model is the budget-friendly instant funding option. Again, there is a one-time fee, with no evaluation phase. The drawdown type in this case is EOD trailing drawdown, and you will have to respect the 15% consistency rule (the tightest of all account types).
We see that the key differentiator here is that the daily loss limit is a soft pause rather than a hard breach — hitting the DLL freezes your account until 6:00 PM ET, then trading resumes the next day with no permanent damage. You can have up to 6 accounts of the same size.
β‘οΈ Note that there is limited availability, so this model may not always be offered.
Elite Challenge: Complete Parameters
The Elite challenge has no consistency rule during the challenge phase; you can pass in a single trading day. It has a one-time activation fee of $149 after passing. After this, a monthly subscription continues until it is passed or cancelled.
There is also a consistency rule of 25%, but it applies only to the Sim Funded account (most generous across TOF). There are no contract scaling requirements.
π Reset fees range from $29 to $119.

Elite Daily: All Account Parameters
The Elite Daily plan is Top One Futures’ premier evaluation model designed for traders who prioritize frequent access to their capital. This plan features Daily Payouts, allowing you to withdraw profits as you earn them once funded.
It follows a 1-step evaluation, with no daily loss limit and a 45% consistency rule, which will be entirely removed once you are funded, shifting the focus to a Daily Progression Rule to ensure steady growth. And unlike other models, there is no activation fee to unlock your funded status.

Instant Sim Funded: Full Parameters
The Instant Sim looks quite promising: it has a one-time fee, there are no monthly subscriptions, and no activation fees. Plus, no evaluation is required, and there are no contract scaling requirements either.
The EOD trailing drawdown locks at starting balance + $100 once profits reach drawdown amount + $100 (or after first payout).
The negatives? A 20% consistency rule resets after each payout. If you want to withdraw $2,000, your best single day cannot be more than $400. If you had a $1,000 day, you would need to keep trading until your total profit reaches $5,000 ($1,000 is 20% of $5,000) before you are eligible to withdraw.
Besides, as this rule resets after every payout, you can't use your previous month's steady growth.

S2F Sim PRO: Complete Parameters
The S2F PRO has also a one-time fee. But in this plan, the drawdown is an Intraday trailing drawdown; it updates tick-by-tick. After the first payout, it locks at starting balance + $100 (static).
This plan uses ESS instead of standard consistency. You need 10 trading days plus 7 profitable days per payout cycle. Copy trading is allowed in up to 10 accounts, but you can't copy between S2F PRO and other types.
π This alternative gives you the fastest path to live: reviewed after 2 payouts.

Top One Futures Drawdown Mechanics
On the one hand, the End-of-Day (EOD) Trailing Drawdown applies to Elite, Instant Sim, and Ignite accounts. On the other hand, the Intraday Trailing Drawdown goes for the S2F PRO only.
EOD Drawdown
The EOD trailing drawdown is the primary risk rule on Elite, Instant Sim, and Ignite accounts. It trails based on your highest end-of-day closed balance only, not intraday equity. It never moves downward. If your balance falls below the trailing drawdown level at any point (including during open trades), the account is breached.
Drawdown Lock: Once your EOD balance reaches starting balance + drawdown amount + $100, the trailing drawdown permanently locks at starting balance + $100. It also activates after first payout.
Practical Example ($50K Instant Sim, $2,000 drawdown): Starting breach: $48,000. Day 1 closes at $51,200 → breach: $49,200. Day 2 closes at $50,800 → breach stays $49,200. Day 3 closes at $52,100 → drawdown locks at $50,100 permanently.
Intraday Trailing Drawdown
This type of drawdoen trails tick-by-tick based on highest equity during the session. If the equity rises to $51,500 and then pulls back below the trailing level, the account is immediately breached.
There is no room for intraday pullbacks until the drawdown locks. After the first payout, it locks at starting balance + $100 (static).
The Drawdown Lock After Payout
After your first payout on any account type, the trailing drawdown locks at starting balance + $100. This applies to all accounts. The locked floor provides permanent breathing room.
Daily Loss Limit (DLL)
Hitting the DLL permanently closes the account. This Hard Breach is present in Elite, Instant Sim, S2F PRO accounts.
The Soft Pause is only for the Ignite plan. Hitting the DLL freezes trading until 6:00 PM ET and there's no breach, no termination. You can resume on the next session.

Consistency Rules Explained
Standard Consistency Rules apply to Elite, Instant Sim, Ignite. For the S2F Pro only the Equity Stability Score (ESS) is the rule.
Standard Consistency Rule for Elite, Instant Sim, Ignite
No single trading day’s profit can exceed a set percentage of total profits.
- Elite Funded: 25% (most generous)
- Instant Sim: 20%
- Ignite: 15% (tightest)
Formula: (Best Day’s Profit / Total Profit) × 100 = Consistency Score. Consistency resets after each payout. Not meeting it does not breach the account; it just delays the payout.
Example (Ignite, 15%): Total profit $2,500, best day $300 = 12%. PASS. Best day $1,000 = 40%. If failed, you must continue to $6,667 total.
Equity Stability Score (ESS) for S2F PRO
Formula: (Highest Day Profit + Highest Day Loss as positive) / Total Profit × 100. Must be ≤20%.
Example: Total $15,000, best day +$2,000, worst day -$1,000. ESS: ($2,000 + $1,000) / $15,000 × 100 = 20%. PASS. It resets after every payout.
Profit Target Requirements (Payout Eligibility)
The progression to live capital and subsequent payouts follows a tiered structure designed to reward long-term stability. While there is no overall time limit to reach your profit targets, specific account types have distinct entry requirements:
The S2F PRO model requires a minimum of 10 trading days (with at least 7 being profitable) and an Equity Stability Score (ESS) of 20% or less, whereas the Ignite plan has no minimum trading day requirement.
Once funded, the payout cycle is governed by decreasing profit targets:
- The 1st Payout requires a 6% gain on the starting balance
- The 2nd Payout drops to 5% of the balance remaining after the initial withdrawal and
- The 3rd Payout and beyond stabilizes at a 4% target based on the balance following the most recent payout.

Following the Friday close, trading activity is suspended until the market resumes on Sunday at 6:00 PM ET, at which point traders can re-establish positions for the new week.
All tradable instruments:
- US CME-listed futures only: Equity Indices (ES, MES, NQ, MNQ, YM, MYM, RTY, M2K), Energy (CL, MCL, NG), Metals (GC, MGC, SI, SIL), Currency Futures (6E, 6B, 6J, 6A, 6C), Agricultural (ZC, ZS, ZW). No spot forex, crypto, commodities, CFDs, or equities.

News Trading
News trading is fully allowed at all stages, during Elite Challenge and on all Sim Funded and Live accounts. There are no restrictions around NFP, CPI, FOMC, or other high-impact events.

Expert Advisors, bots, and any form of automated trading are strictly prohibited. You must enter your trades manually or semi-manually. This rule applies to all account types.
Copy Trading Policy
Copy trading is allowed between accounts of the same type and size only. Cross-type copying is strictly prohibited (triggers breach, profit forfeiture, payout denial). On S2F PRO accounts, this practice is allowed up to 10 accounts and up to 6 same-size accounts for the Ignite plan.
External copy solutions not allowed. Copy trading between TOF and other firms is permitted if trades originate from your own decisions.
Account Limits Per Household
Household limits apply across all individuals at the same address. If anyone gets a Live Account, all sim accounts pause during the review phase. Activating a 4th Elite/Instant account auto-breaches the oldest.

Who Is Top One Futures Best For?
Top One Futures is a strong fit if you are a CME futures day trader who want multiple paths to funding (Elite, Instant, S2F PRO, Ignite). And also if you:
- Value instant funding with no evaluation.
- Want to skip monthly subscriptions (Instant/PRO/Ignite are one-time).
- Need full contract access from day one.
- Want unrestricted news trading.
- Value fast payouts (<4 hours).
- Want a path to live capital with daily payouts and no caps.
- Appreciate the soft DLL pause on Ignite.
- Want up to 28 total accounts across four types.
Top One Futures may not be the best fit if you need overnight/weekend holding, or want to use EAs/bots, both practices are prohibited. Also, you may not like this firm if you:
- Prefer 100% profit split on early payouts (TOF starts at 90/10).
- Dislike 6%/5%/4% tiered targets.
- Want no consistency rule at all on funded.
- Are uncomfortable with 10-second minimum trade rule.
- Prefer static drawdown.
- Want Eurex or ICE futures (CME only).
- Prefer 90/10 to stay on live (shifts to 80/20).

Our Final Verdict About TOF
Top One Futures has made a strong entry into the futures prop firm space since its April 2025 launch. The 4.8 Trustpilot rating across 3,500+ reviews, $22 million+ in verified payouts, and consistently praised support team establish operational credibility.
The five-account-type structure is the firm’s strongest differentiator. Most competitors offer one or two paths; Top One Futures gives traders five distinct models, with the Elite Daily being their new plan. The EOD trailing system (Elite, Instant Sim, Ignite) is forgiving by industry standards. The S2F PRO intraday trailing is significantly more demanding and unsuitable for traders who need pullback room.
However, the tiered profit target system (6%/5%/4%) is steeper than some competitors. But, the path to live capital is well-structured: sim profit carryover, daily payouts, no caps, and a scaling plan reinvesting the firm’s 20% into bonus capital.
For futures day traders who want multiple funding options, instant access, full contract access from day one, news trading freedom, and a clear path to live capital, Top One Futures offers complete programs and alternatives to choose from.
Resources Consulted
To ensure the highest level of accuracy for this review and our internal testing, we extract data exclusively from the official Top One Futures ecosystem. We prioritize direct documentation and live portal updates over third-party summaries to verify rules, drawdown types, and payout structures.
